Good with fine hair, short hair and long hair clients who want to keep their length by "Whisper Trimming" the ends and just shaping the interior. Has been a hairdresser for 30 years and is an educator for Hotheads Extension Company for 5 years specializing in all types of hair extensions including wefts and tapes and connectors.
You have your dress or outfit and your hair has been designed by one of our award winning stylists, all ready for that special event. Now complete that look with make-up services from our professional make-up consultants. Keratin Treatment is a method of temporarily straightening hair by sealing the hair with a liquid keratin and bonding solution and flat iron. Treatment can last up to 6 months although each person's results may vary depending on hair type, hair density and products used.
Clients that have who have colored, hi-lights, permed, relaxed and previously straightened hair whos hair is frizzy, damaged, unhealthy, dull and mistreated hair can benefit from BKT.Typically Keratin can take up to 3 hours to complete. A consultation with the stylist is required where they will more accurately estimate the time required.

I wish I could give this salon a 0 star review, truly. I have gotten my hair done from an artist there in October 2020. She did a great job with my highlights and left me in awe. I was recommending everyone I knew to her, I was singing her praises. I even took my own aunt (who lives in NY) to this place. I made her come here for HAIR. Fast forward to July 1 2021. My cousin was getting married and I needed my hair done really nice. My hair was grown out. The artist I went to claims it is was 6 inches, maybe there was but it didn't seem like it to me because the highlights

So six months down the road i feel like a review is needed of this place that states their magic sleek treatment is amazing.
I got the treatment on october 29th 2020 and this was the second time i had this treatment (initially from my regular hair dresser who was not doing it this time due to covid). Three months after the treatment i got here it was completely removed and my hair was falling at a rate i have never seen after treatment (yes i have tried a few from keratin to this). When i was getting the treatment i was sold into buying the shampoo and conditioner stating that it would make it

I recently went to this salon and had the worst experience ever. My stylist insulted me the whole time as she did my hair. Telling me my hair was too thin and too crazy. “I have done a number on my hair.” She insulted me the entire time I was there. First and last time I will be going there.

It has been 4 years since I have been coming to this salon and my review absolutely deserves an update.
I initially came here to see Narine for balayage after a referral and a stalk of her instagram page. I have never had my hair colored before because I was afraid that bleaching it would ruin its texture. after some discussion, we decided that over the course of 3 or 4 appointments we'd slowly lighten my hair to the color I wanted. It took time (and patience) and I can honestly say that I LOVE my hair color. My biggest fear was that I'd lose length and fullness in my hair after bleaching

Dawn from David Michael has been cutting my long hair for many years; she does exactly what I need, and I always feel great after she works her magic -- but I hadn't been back to the salon since months before the covid lockdown, and my hair had grown almost to my waist. I've been having Renu cut and color my hair for years. I call her "a genius with scissors" because she cuts my hair beautifully and even weeks later I'm still getting compliments. She does a wonderful job with color, too.
After being closed for the pandemic, the salon has reopened and they are taking their responsibility very seriously. Clients wait outside. They take people's temperature and ask screening questions before anyone enters the salon. They have disposable capes and provide masks. Everyone is required to wear a mask. I have been coming to David Michael for about 8 monthS and I have never gotten as many compliments on my color and cut as I do now. My daughter introduced me to Lindsay whO is wonderful ! She is upbeat and understands exactly what I need done Everyone in the salon is friendly and it is always a calm few hours for me. I highly recommend David Michael and Lindsay to anyone !!!!

Lindsey is the absolute best! She always does a great job with my hair which is not the easiest. She always listens to what I want but also makes suggestions if she feels something won’t work or that something else will work better. I’ve never left her chair anything but happy. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she is warm and personable as well. The front staff is always friendly and welcoming. I’ve never had a bad experience here and would highly recommend it!

I can never get a consistent haircut. I have tried explaining to stylist numerous times exactly how I like my hair cut. I even brought in pictures. She repeatedly cuts my hair how she wants to not how I like it. It's either too short, or uneven, or choppy. It is very frustrating because they charge $85 for a haircut. I go to a lot of high-profile events and someone is always saying how they " liked my hair better the way I used to wear it." It's sad that is what I want too. If the stylist does not understand how to cut someone's hair properly or the way they want then they should pass you on to

I wanted to try the magic sleek keratin treatment and selected this salon which claims to be a certified provider. I did a lot of research on how the treatment is applied and the stylist did not follow any of it. I kept asking her what she was doing and she kept telling me this is how she does it. She rushed me out on under 2 hours (it should have taken closer to 4), and my hair did not come out as straight as it should have and it cost more than $400.

Every time I come here I am treated like their star client. The salon is always clean, bright and comfortable. All the people who work here are so friendly and really care about giving a good experience. Lindsey always does a fantastic job with my hair and I trust her totally. I love this salon because of its location, cleanliness, and stylists. I have so much trouble trusting just anyone to do my hair, but I feel so comfortable coming here. The employees are so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about what they do and I hear they sit in classes almost every week to learn new techniques and keep up with the latest trends. Renu does my hair perfectly every time!

I went to see The wonderful Narine after she came highly recommended from a few friends and Melissa from I Bridal You who sees her as well for her hair.

I will start out by saying I am really disappointed I even have to spend time to write this review bc I really wanted to love this place (to see the finished product, see my pics I posted here). I was serviced by Liz. I thought things were going great. They quoted me $150 for highlights, and $150/hour for extension maintenance "move up" service. Okay, no problem.

They socially price profile their customers by a consultation and tell you to fill out a questioner filled with detailed personal questions irrelevant

Keep in mind, this is my first time writing a review for a hair salon. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. Friendly and comfortable atmosphere. My stylist Liz made me feel completely trusting of her abilities to give me a hairstyle I would be very satisfied with.
