Trimming can serve two purposes: hazard reduction and maintenance. Hazard reduction can get rid of branches that might compromise the structural integrity of the tree. Maintenance can make your tree healthier and more aesthetically pleasing. We offer both services with our state-of-the-art equipment and a professional "eye" for what needs to be done in order to keep your trees healthy and attractive.
Owner Wayne MacDougall is ISA-Certified Arborist who has been in the tree business since 1997. What started with one man, a small chipper and a pick-up truck has grown to a thriving tree care business with a strong customer base and reputation, mostly by word of mouth. In 2010 the business was incorporated.

Outstanding quality of service! Needed one tree taken down with stump grinding and a limb removed on another tree. They provided a free estimate, showed up on time, and did what they were supposed to in a minimum of time without a mess. They laid down branches under the tree before the trunk came down so the impact would not create huge divots in our yard. Couldn't be happier and would recommend them to all our neighbors!

We had a wind-related tree branch downing - it was a huge limb and we had to call in the professionals. MacDougall tree service was very friendly and professional to schedule with, they had fast turnaround for an appointment, they did a good job and clean everything up and they removed everything for a very reasonable fee. I won't hesitate to call again if I need help.
