We are a group of individuals focused on removing all roadblocks that would stop you from achieving your health and fitness goals. With our fitness classes, personal training, brazilian jiu-jitsu, and nutritional support, we provide every service needed for you to completely change your life. Our bread and butter are our group fitness classes.
Our main claim to fame at 44 are our small group fitness classes. One of the biggest hurdles a new person faces when joining a gym is what program to follow? What equipment do I use? What days should I go on? We also offer personal training for busy clients that can't make it to our class schedule.
Our martial arts classes will teach you how to defend yourself AND get an amazing full body workout in supportive small classes with tons of top quality instruction! You'll be learning a variety of techniques, warmups, drills, and exercises, all designed to teach you Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Each class will focus on different techniques or concepts so that you'll never run out of new things to learn.
Small Group Fitness, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, or both. 44 Fitness is an amazing place to start making positive changes to your physical well being, which is what I did several years ago. Daily workouts target difference muscle groups so that by the end of the week you have a total body workout. David is professional, highly qualified, and extremely effective at keeping you motivated throughout each session.

When they say “influencers” or “centers of influence”...well David is one of them. He is one of the most positive people I know and has made one of the greatest impressions on me. I worked out with him one on one over ten years ago and was in the best shape of my life in Milwaukee. I moved to Florida for eight years and was just crushed when I had to leave my Trainer, David. I highly recommend 44 Fitness and Martial Arts. I started with zero knowledge of Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Everyone was very patient and helpful, and the structure of class easily helped me build a strong base for learning more moves. Definitely a great workout with great people!

The bootcamp class is awesome! The knowledgeable trainers will not only make you work hard, they will help you with technique to make sure that you are getting the most effective workout while avoiding injury. Highly recommended if you want to get your sweat on!

If you are tired of working out! YOU have to try 44 fitness.I have been working out most of my life always expecting to be fit and why not! loose some extra pounds.but i found most of the other gyms quite of boring and not motivation at all. until i found this please. I have been working out at 44 fitness since 2010 and I can tell you the motivation that you find on the trainers and the group is amazing i have run 2 marathons since I joined 44, fitness, the level of energy from my work outs makes my days easier and happiest!
