I wouldn't give this person 1 star, but I was forced by Yelp. He was horrible to me in a time of great need.
I was in quite a fix and needed legal advice for a very bad situation with my neighbor. The neighbor was threatening and harassing me. Sheriff said I needed a PPO. I didn't know the first thing about it! I made an appointment with David Hearsch, came to his office, and filled out his Client Info form.
I was rudely refused any services outright, no explanation. I requested my Client Info form back and David Hearsch threatened me with removal from his office by the Sheriff
