Very satisified with technicians service repair from Don Johnson's. Service request was schedule when i called, was notified when techs were on their way, diagnosed problem within minutes of arrival, and had issue fixed within 30 minutes. Best Door Service in the Tri-Cities area! I called several with good reviews, but I am So glad I called Don Johnson's Door Service. The lady on the phone, was extremely knowledgeable and stayed on the phone & had me try a few things first, to make sure my Chamberlain Garage Door Opener was in need of repair. I had called a couple others with good reviews and the people answering phones knew nothing about my issue, and also could not quote me even a ballpark estimate to repair/replace my Garage Door Opener, it was just " well it costs this much for a service visit and our techs have parts on their
