I ordered a TV from Sam's Club that they were supposed to deliver to me. It has been available for them to deliver since it reached Little Rock on August 12th. After the delivery date kept being pushed further and further away, I finally called today (August 25th) and cancelled my order with Sam's Club and requested a refund. They can now try to get it back from this horrible business. One delay is understandable but 3 delays and still nothing is unacceptable.

First, they failed to put me on the schedule.
Second, they went to the wrong location and rescheduled.
Third, their lift gate broke so they “rescheduled” again.
One month later, items are still waiting to be picked up.
This company dropped the ball so many times they never even picked up the items.
Horrible Service especially considering they could not do a simple job that they were hired to do: show up, pick up, deliver. This company won’t even show up.

A driver of Blue Truck's backed their van into my car - and it took TWO MONTHS to get repaid so I could get it fixed! Bethany is the only good worker in this company and made sure I got my check finally. Super unprofessional office that won't return your calls or emails (besides Bethany)

A big complicated moved handled with efficiency, professionalism and care. Joe and Jared worked hard, were careful to wear masks and maintained a friendly positive attitude. I believe there was another man who was also excellent but unfortunately I didn't get his name.

Poor customer service, they consider scheduled delivery times optional at their convenience. This company was hired to deliver furniture that ordered from Coleman furniture. They never attempted the delivery that was scheduled, I wasted an entire day waiting for the delivery, that never came. The office staff is unprofessional and I would never recommend using this company.

If you are into waiting months for furniture, never knowing if or when it will be delivered, guessing what color furniture you will eventually receive, and lackluster customer service, this is the company for you! My journey with this furniture delivery company started April 10, 2020 after I ordered two loveseats. Apparently, Coleman furniture uses Blue Truck Delivery service to deliver furniture to my area. So, on May 1st I was contacted by Blue Truck Movers stating my delivery was scheduled for May 6th between 5-9 pm and to make sure someone was home to receive the furniture. No problem, I will

We ordered a couch and they told us blue truck would be delivering. I looked them up to call and saw all these bad reviews and was so nervous! Luckily we had a completely positive experience. The man I talked to on the phone about the delivery was very friendly and helpful. The men who delivered the couch were friendly and helpful as well! I feel very relieved and wanted to let others know we had a good experience with them.

I bought my couch off line and they hired Blue Truck Moving. The guys they sent were amazing. They told me they would be there between 7-11. At 7:20 got a call that they were 20 minutes away. They had the couch unloaded, setup and they were pulling out of the driveway by 8. They were very professional. Thanks for the great work guys.

I have had the worst experience of my life with this company! I have scheduled a delivery with them 3 times and they never called or showed up ! They act very carefree and take it light heartedly like it's no big deal. I have never had accompany conduct business in this matter !I am sure they won't be in business for long! Do not use them if you want your product that you had bought. By the way ... after 3 weeks I have still not received my mattress!
