I had FTM Top Surgery (Bilateral Double Mastectomy with Free Nipple Grafts) with Dr Hope and her team on December 21st. To say I am pleased with my experience at CC would be an understatement. Could not be happier with my experience at The Cosmetic Concierge. The staff goes out of their way to keep in contact with you from day one, and you feel like you know them by the time your surgery date comes around. I started with 5 stars because the staff is exceptionally nice and seemed to genuinely care about me. After my surgery I was happy about my results. I got liposuction, fat transfer tummy tuck and I can hardly tell with the lipo and fat transfer. I have voiced my concern only to be ignored after expressing I am not happy. For the amount if money I paid, I feel the DR should absolutely address my concerns. I absolutely hate that I had these procedures done or wish I would have found a DR who really cares and listens and not tell me to schedule another consultation like I am about to pay for another

I went to Dr. Sherie in August 2020, she was pleasant but didnt perform correctly any of the procedures I paid her for. NOT ONE! She left me lopsided and uneven and didnt remove hardly any fat from my abdomen. She doesnt know anything about contouring a women's body at least from my experience going to her.

Walking in I knew he had chosen the right place! I felt comfortable asking questions. Waiting. Nervous and anxious. The staff I met have all had procedures with Dr Sherie and loved the philosophy of the office they now work here.
We are halfway through the procedure and I have been updated regularly and little worries have been put to rest.
As the caregiver in the waiting room I appreciate being included in all conversations and feeling involved in the process 💙

The Cosmetic Concierge is amazing. Not only did I feel so comfortable and relax they even made my wife comfortable and relax even kept my wife updated the whole time. Just went for a consultation and I was overwhelmed with how welcome I felt. Before my appointment I was given detailed directions on where to park, how to find the elevator, where the office was and instructions on how to get there. They answered all my questions and kept an open line of communication leading up to my appointment, assisting me with the portal and walking me through any issues. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by name, offered a beverage, and even had the choice to watch netflix or play music on the TV while I waited.
