Arrogant. Rude. Never even met him. Only talked on the phone. I said we were going to try a cheaper route when it came to sealing our pond (tilling bentonite into the soil). He replied "you're just throwing your money away but what do I know. When your ready to get it done right, call me." Horrible customer service.
