Too bad I have to write a negative review. Being a long distance landlord, I'm often exposed to dishonest service quotes. My tenant having two plumbing issues contacted Matt and got a service for her first problem--bath faucet leak for $189, and got a quote for another, which is low hot water pressure at the kitchen sink. According to my tenant, he took off the hot water faucet connector of stainless steel to inspect and concluded she needed a new hot water supply pipe to run from the heater to the kitchen sink because her galvanized pipe was blocked with corroded particles. She felt unsure
