Mr. McCarthy has over 15 years of experience in the field of civil engineering and land surveying. His broad range of experience provides him with a unique hands-on approach and a thorough understanding of all phases of a project, from the initial planning process through construction close-out. Tidewater Engineering & Surveying is seeking a project engineer with a minimum of two years of experience in the civil engineering / land development field. Candidate must have passed the FE exam. PE license preferred but not required. Qualified experience to include site design & layout, grading, stormwater design, utility design, road design, and permitting.

We hired Tidewater to handle the engineering of a commercial development project including taking us through planning board. The entire process was professional, efficient and Ryan was very easy to work with. We flew through planning board which I attribute to their knowledge of the process and thoroughness of the application. Nothing but great things to say and look forward to working with them on more projects.
