Great price, great quality limousine, HORRIFIC service. Driver was hired for our wedding to help shuttle guests to and from hotel during the reception AND to serve as an after wedding transportation/fun environment after reception. Driver arrived complaining to groom about the 12 hour shift he had to work and continued to enter our venue complaining about how we also didn’t offer him food to eat. He then complained to guests during transportation that they were supposed to be tipping him when gratuity was included in our cost. Our guests felt guilty and doled out money and then were hesitant

Sad that I can't rate anything lower than a one star. My wedding is in exactly a month. I booked a party bus in March of 2021. Emanuel confirmed my bus multiple times but two days ago emailed me saying my bus was cancelled. He mentioned in the email that he had to raise his prices so my guess is that he gave it to someone who paid more. Which is completely unfair. My wedding is a month away and he screwed me over. This place is a scam. He doesn't care about his customers he only cares about his money. Do not, I repeat DO NOT book anything from here. He will cancel last minute. Very very

Do NOT book with this company. He promised to honor my deposit during the pandemic and every time I called to check in he would assure me the deposit voucher would be good until I was ready to use it given the uncertainty of COVID. When I called to book he had no dates available because they are completely booked for the year. Business must be good but he wouldn’t work with me on a refund or using a bus from another company through him. The most alarming part is that he called the pandemic a “Democrat’s pandemic” and said it’s been over for a while now. He hung up on me twice. I recommend

I waited until rather late on the game to book the party bus for my wedding. I reserved the last available party bus they had(and pretty much in South East MI) Our driver was punctual and great throughout the day. The party bus seemed brand new and was impeccably clean. Price was fair based on the numerous quotes I received, right about middle of the pack but for the service I think well worth it.

The party bus that my group of 12 had was outstanding; it was clean and spacious. The lighting along with our ability to play music through the speaker system added to the party experience. Our driver Darryl was friendly, accommodating, professional, and always ready to go with a moments notice. Everyone had a great time! I definitely recommend this company.

Emmanuel had the worst customer service I have ever encountered. As we departed for our sons birthday, the door of the limo wouldn’t shut. The driver pulled over twice so he could fix the door. By the time he thought it was fixed we realized we would not make our top golf time we had previously paid for. During the drive my husband had to sit on the floor to hold the door closed. We were a half hour late to top golf and almost had to forgo our reservation. The driver was very kind. He fixed the door while we were inside. He told us to call the owner on Monday as he was busy north. I never got

Do not use their services. Worst company. They ruined my wedding. We called and confirmed THREE times about getting a party bus and they said we were set. We had a bridal party of 26 people and needed bus to accommodate that. The company sent a LIMO instead of a BUS. We couldn't fit everybody and the bridal party was broken up and people had to drive separate. I am not impressed and will never use this company ever. They still charged us the bus price and tried to blame the incident on us. They wouldn't answer the phone that day either and would not return calls at all. Beware.

I have used this company many many times, and have always had a great experience! The first time I used them was back in 2009 for a family outing to Frankenmuth. We also used Top Luxury Limo for our wedding in 2011 and again had a very pleasant experience. Emanuel always gave me the best deals and was always so professional and easy to talk to. The drivers were always very professional, courteous, punctual and always well dressed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I rented a party bus from top luxury limousine for my husbands 30th birthday. We were picked up from my house at 8:45pm and after only being on the road for 10 minutes the bus, that was supposedly only 1 month old, began to smoke and we were told that it could not travel much farther. We were told that another bus would be there in 20 minutes to pick us up. While waiting in a White Castle parking lot for over an hour and half, we decided to go to a bar that was down the street while we waited for it. The other bus did not show up until 12:45AM which made it impossible
