Services
We use a balance of detergents that are designed to break down, kill and remove mold, mildew, gum, dirt and other contaminants on their own. Therefore, very little pressure is used for most cleaning applications. The proper chemical is sprayed on the surface, allowed a short dwell time to work, then is rinsed off restoring your surface to it's natural clean beauty.
No, due to our cleaning process, equipment and experience this is not a problem. Exterior cleaning will actually help prolong your paint life by removing mold, mildew and other elements that are hard on your painted surfaces. By cleaning your lanai or screen enclosures and having mold, mildew and algae removed - it will also help reduce algae growth in your pool.

I have been using Wash Rite, for over 20 years here in Orlando. Jimi keeps me on a routine for pressure washing my home, pool deck, screen etc. He goes the extra mile and lets me know if he sees anything that may need repaired that I overlook. He has cleaned my roof also, and never broke a tile. I have recommended him to many others and they have all been extremely satisfied with his services. And I must say, I am very picky on the way things are done.

I called multiple small businesses in Orlando. Wash Rite is one of the few that got back to me in a timely manner and actually cared about my problem. The owner, Jim, was very cordial and easy to work with. He returned all emails and calls quickly.
My cleaning request was for a very small porch that was almost not worth the time for Jim to take on, but he still fit it in over a very busy holiday (Thanksgiving) week. I couldn't be happier with how the porch looks and how the overall experience Jim and his company went. He sent before/after pictures as well. Couldn't have asked for anything more
