Phillip Kriss interest in chiropractic started while in high school in West Allis, Wisconsin, when he attended Palmer College of Chiropractic with his sister and her future husband (who are now both chiropractors). After graduating from Nathan Hale High School he attended University of Wisconsin to get his associates of science degree.

If you are living with chronic back pain then chiropractic care in Maple Valley might be a good treatment option. Almost everyone will experience some form of back pain, ranging from slightly irritating to completely crippling, in their lifetime. Whatever the degree of pain you are experiencing and whether it is acute or has become chronic, at the very least you would probably rather live without it.
Headaches are not fun, and migraines are another level of awful. Living with either of these issues can make you feel grumpy, and in the worst-case scenario, leave you unable to function. Went here 2 years ago and never went back because the vibes felt off, I couldn’t explain it but I had a feeling something sketchy was going on. Fast forward to right now, I just got a bill in the mail for $175 for a service preformed 2 years ago. I looked up the claim with my insurance and they had paid them. They are trying to scam me out of money and I’m sure I’m not the only one. Please don’t go here

I've suffered with migraines and muscle tension for a good 22 years. Dr. Kriss was referred to me by my significant other. After a few quick visits I was pain free without a migraine in the last 5 months. I ended up getting rear ended after leaving one treatment and ended up worse then I was. Now I'm good as new! Dr. Kriss is an excellent chiropractor and health care provider. The first visit may take a little longer, like 35 mins to an hour. But an effective chiropractic adjustment only takes about 2-7 minutes on average depending on the person. I understand how if you're not familiar with chiropractic it might seem like a bad thing that it is a relatively quick procedure. In my opinion, if it is an optimal adjustment it is better if it takes less time.

Dr. Kriss is great!! I had some whiplash that he was able to find, correct and manage. Very helpful and knowledgeable! I also get massages done by Tina along with my adjustment and she is amazing!! I’ve had a lot of massages done in my life and hers is by far the best I’ve received! She’s really intuitive and seriously knows what she’s doing.

Dr. Kriss is great, very skilled and always got the adjustment right (my mother went to), unfortunately I only ever got the initial adjustment from him (maybe one other but I can't remember) and was treated by the other two doctors. The first 6-7 times it was great and I saw improvement. The next (and last) 4-5 times I went in they told me they couldn't get the adjustment, so I just went home with more discomfort in my neck than when I got there. So I stretched my next out several times between visits like they told me because they said that's how they would get it next time, they never did so

I was extremely nervous about seeing a chiropractor and actually struggled with the decision to see one over the last two years. Finally, after being in discomfort and nothing fixing it, I broke down and went to see Dr. Kriss who was highly recommended by several people I know.

If you have excellent health insurance then this is your place. I went in for a free consultation and then they said come back the next day and we will treat you since I have been in so much pain! I went in, they made me watch a video explaining how the spine works which was interesting, but then they showed me a piece of paper for my treatment plan aka let's use up all your insurance and then make you pay $1500 out of pocket. I recommended a friend here after some severe back damage caused by an accident because this place was much closer to his home. Despite being seen by previous doctors who rated his trauma as severe, this fine institution insisted he would be fine to go back to work fully injured. Do NOT go here, they will play games with your insurance, they do not care about your health or your family. They should be doing anything and everything to help you heal, not tell you severe nerve damage will heal itself overtime and you'll be alright and pressure you to go back to work while doing NOTHING to maintain

I do a very hard Job which makes my back hurt on occasion. With a little time of making my appointments dr kriss gets me realigned and feeling great again. I will keep using dr kriss as long as I have back problems. I forgot to mention my shoulder was hurt for a a couple of years, I thought it was my rotator but dr kriss proved me other wise and also re aligned it. Feeling great again!

Worst customer service by the receptionists.
These two girls sitting in the front are angry and rude.
I have been to this business and have been their customer for nearly a year but the girls in the front desk are horrendous..

For a couple of years now, I have had pain in my hips, headaches, numbness in my arm and fingers, most recent are pain in hand and foot. I did not seek any help from any doctor because I did not know I had problem. My husband had this severe pain in his shoulder. The cardiologist and family doctor checked out and there were no problem in those area. Finally, he came to Dr.Kriss. He made an appointment for me also. My experiences here were over 4 years ago and awful. Recently a co-worker visited this practice and has the same experience. While the front office was very friendly (and no longer there) as well as the associate (again gone) everything else was horrible. My first visit (with the associate) was all collecting diagnostic information, i.e. x rays, flexibility, etc. My second visit was to review the findings.
