R-N-R Autobody is a family owned and operated business in Hagerstown, MD. Owner Ron Reid and son Ryan Reid, work hard on every job to ensure and quick and accurate repair. All off R-N-R's team take great pride in their work to ensure a top notch job every time. We believe our first responsibility is to our customers.
Over the past decade R-N-R Autobody has been slowly growing and assembling equipment to make their work the best in the industry and the turn around the most efficient. We have a 3000 square foot facility for sheet metal and body-work, also a 2000 square foot facility for painting and preparation. Additionally we have two frame machines.
Our new Euro Star America is a top-of-the-line booth, which offers a downdraft air flow system and bake oven capabilities for a OEM-like finish. This advanced lighting system and modern design also provides a system for consistent, quality paint coverage on any type of vehicle. The switch to Envirobase waterborne basecoat is our most recent endeavor.
We try to accommodate every customers needs, we understand everyone has a different schedule. We will do whatever it takes to evaluate your vehicle, if that means staying late or on a Saturday morning. My vehicle was struck from behind and also pushed into a vehicle in front. From day 1 at RNR, I was treated with courtesy and professionalism.
Auto accidents: Even the most careful drivers may be involved. Knowledge of what to do after the accident can make the experience a little less frightening and decrease the chance of unnecessary complications. DO jot down details about the accident, the location, and circumstances such as weather conditions and visibility.

Going to R&R was the best choice I made for my car. They were professional, friendly, and do great work. They were able to find me a new hood pre-painted, which saved me quite a bit. The turnaround time was amazing and my hood/grill looks awesome. I could not have asked for a better experience. If you have a choice in body shops, there isn't one, go here.

Awesome service and extremely pleasant folks to work with. I brought my Subie to RNR for repairs (bumper replacement) after getting rear-ended. It was about as seamless of a process as it could ever be. I came in to get an estimate, which took all of 15 min. They called when my parts came in and got me scheduled for the repair - I dropped my car off 3 days later and had it back within 48 hours. They coordinated my car rental pick-up/drop-off, they coordinated with my insurance company. Communication was on point during the whole process. I did not really shop around since I was ultimately not going

These guys are awesome! Thanks to our flourishing deer population I have worked with them several times and I would go nowhere else.

Almost a year ago I was backing up and caught the corner of a guardrail on the driver side of my 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500. I was waiting to get my tax return so I could get it fixed. After searching for quotes in my area from other auto body shops, RNR gave me the cheapest quote so I set an appointment with them. They told me they’d have a loaner vehicle ready for me.
