My name is Luis Alvarez and I am fairly new to mgl, I’ve been driving for then about a month now. But I can honestly say that I haven’t been happier in years. I’ve been driving trucks for about ten years so that is a lot to say. Everyone I’ve personally dealt with so far have been very attentive and easy going. Everything from pay, assistance with any issues on the road and especially my dispatcher Gabriella, she is simply awesome at her job and definitely knows how to treat a driver. So over all so far in my experience definitely would give them an A+ and would definitely recommend drivers

I have currently been working with MGL for 1 month, the beginning process with my recruiter was fast and easy. She explained everything to me every step of the way, and got me to Chicago to start the orientation process.
Once we completed all the necessary steps for me to become a driver for the company I was allowed to pick out my truck. Which was equipped with everything I needed. Grade A equipment!
Nick was assigned to me as my dispatcher. He makes sure to get me good loads to keep me on the road. We have a good working relationship and I feel comfortable working with him.
My first paycheck

Working for MGL has been amazing. My recruiter made everything easy and smooth. The miles are great and they keep you rolling. Home time is good, you can either fly home or take the truck home. Equipment is great , 2022 Freight-liner with all the bells and whistles. Job is very promising. Staff in the office communicates very well and gets you in and right out orientation. Olha is the best (she gets it done) Pay is one of the best I’ve ever received in the trucking industry. Road support is really good, make a call and they are on it. Come join the winning team at MGL
