If I could give less I would. After being actively pursued twice by outside sales reps of Road Runner, for my business and never hearing back, I believed the third sales rep when he said they could save us money and keep using Waste Management as our contracted trash carrier. One month into our agreement, I received an email saying they could no longer honor our agreement and asked me to sign papers to nullify our agreement. The wording on the agreement gave the impression that I wanted to void the agreement and after some back and forth I signed it. I paid RoadRunner 2 payments in which they where

Signing with RoadRunner added so much value to our company. Dealing directly with haulers was a horrible process that no one has time for - they took that off my plate. Customer service was so unbelievably attentive, even with all of our crazy requests ! We saved money working with them and saved many many hours of my days work. I would highly recommend working with them!

This is a great idea gone horribly wrong. Love the ideas behind it, but if you don’t put the work in to succeed, you won’t.
I have spoken to multiple people that worked, and are currently working for Roadrunner Recycling. I am a firm believer that the mount of effort level matches success rate, but with this management, there is no place to succeed here, no matter the work you put into it.

One of the worst companies out there to work with. Customer service is a nightmare no one knows what is going on. The operations side of things is even worse trying to coordinate any changes that turns into a mess and not getting trash picked up for weeks at a time. RoadRunner makes you sign your rights away so you don't have a say in your trash hauler. They promise the world and fall very short with savings and promises that never happen. You can do the same thing they do just call your hauler and tell them you want a rate reduction or your going to a new hauler. All they do is broker your rate
