Wow! Amazing, friendly, and fast company! We got a flat tire in Yosemite with 4 other cars and they were able to help us change our flat tire to the spare. We would have been stranded in the middle of the forest if it wasn't for this company. Seriously such an amazing company and we're so happy, you guys were able to help! Thanks Jacobie!!!!!

They were able to help me recover a vehicle that was in a more than precarious position. The people I spoke with on the phone, were very good at helping me through the process and even called me back to make sure I was taken care of. AAA had communication issues and they made it seamless.
The driver was skilled and I could tell before we started had the wherewithal to handle this incredibly difficult situation. To the owner, you have a solid driver and support team. Will recommend to all my friends in Yosemite and locally.

I was stranded on the side of the road and used my Geico roadside assistance to call for a two. Didn't need to go far. Ponderosa took the call and said it would be about an hour. I checked the status after an hour to see that ponderosa cancelled my tow with no reason and no notification. Thanks a lot jerks! Don't give these people your business. I would give zero stars if I could. Way to leave people hanging, when already in a bad situation.

Purchased Uhaul boxes online. Attempted to return them here. Was told that I could not. Explained our situation to the female clerk. (We lost our home to a wildfire and had minimal things to pack, we were moving out of state). The lady literally giggled as she said "Im sorry. But I cant take the boxes back." As I got frustrated, turned to leave, she again said "I really am sorry." as she continued to laugh. I left with the unused boxed and threw them in a recycling dumpster.

Noe towed us and our car all the way from Yosemite to Fresno, and provided great conversation along the way. First rate service. I hope I don't break down in Yosemite again, but if so, he will have a repeat customer!

After getting the run-around from 3 other U haul stores, Phil and Fran went above and beyond the call of customer service and made sure my rental was ready first thing in the morning and showed me how to hitch it up. Made my experience very enjoyable , and in my past U Haul experiences, no one understands the meaning of "Customer service" any more. Rent from these folks!!

I Got stuck on Mariposa Creek Circle I did not know that it ended at the creek. Bob Came over even though it was raining cats and dogs he took the time to winch me out of a messy ordeal. Thank you for a great help.

Phil and Fran are not only wonderful, honest folk, they run a great outfit at Ponderosa Auto Dismantling and Towing. The Uhaul we rented the truck from shorted us on miles and refused to even talk to us, so when we got to Mariposa we were over! Phil and Fran made it clear that my experience was an exception but they made things right. And with a great sense of humor too! Moving is never fun, but Phil and Fran did their best make the experience much more enjoyable! Thank you!
