Alliance Business Capital is a Commercial Loan Intermediary / Adviser specializing in Commercial Real Estate Debt Placement for both Large and Small Businesses throughout the U.S. Our Small Business Loan Programs primarily consist of SBA, USDA B&I and Conventional Loans which start at $350K and can go up to $15 Million and more on a case by case basis.
Alliance Business Capital understands that not every business can qualify for the same Commercial Loan Program which is why we have worked hard to be able offer several different Commercial Real Estate Financing options. The information contained in the below Commercial Real Estate Loan Programs is merely a summary of that Loan Program and not meant to be all inclusive.
We work with Small Business Owners who own or want to purchase Commercial Real Estate that will be used in the operation of their business. SBA Loans are only for Owner Operated Businesses and not for Investment Purposes. Alliance offers SBA Loans starting at $350,000 and up to $15 Million. Depending on Property Type and Loan Purpose you may be able to finance up to 90% of the total project costs with an SBA Loan.
Alliance offers USDA B&I Loans as a Commercial Loan Intermediary and relies on our Bank Business Partners for underwriting and funding of USDA B&I Loans. USDA B&I Loans are strictly for rural areas with populations of < 50,000. The property must be located in a designated eligible area for consideration under the USDA B&I Loan Program.
Alliance Business Capital offers Bridge Loans through a handful of Lending Partners which include Banks as well as Private Firms. The minimum Bridge Loan amount is currently $1 Million depending on the Lending Partner with some Lenders having a $2 Million minimum loan amount. Alliance works hand in hand with our Bridge Lending Partners to secure our clients financing in a timely manner.

It was excellent working with Alliance Business Capital - BOB on the hotel loan requirement. Bob has got this loan pre approved within a weeks time and had a full approval within 30 days. Communication was great & keeps us informed on daily basis on the progress of the loan approval. He has vast experience on the documentation needed for SBA.
