Horrible place to stay…. I left my Apple Watch behind because it was dead. When I returned the room had been cleaned and my Apple Watch screen was cracked. When I went to report it, all I got was the run around of what was going to be done. The manager was supposed to call me and never did. Then I was told he would be in by 6am till 11am on the day I was supposed to check out and guess whattttt he “all of a sudden” called in and was supposedly “on the road” going out of town. Then it was his wife was going to go in and 11am and if I wanted to wait to talk to her I could.. We live 5 hours

One of the cleanest and most affordable hotels I have ever stayed in. Front desk lady was very nice. The bed was so comfy. The plants inside were amazing and well taken care of. Big bathroom in the room. The owner was really nice, too. I wanted a little more from the breakfast but not a big deal considering how nice everything else is.

Good little place for price. Beds are comfortable. Nothing fancy but clean. Hot water amd shower pressure is great! Staff is friendly. No pools or real breakfast yet but that's because of state regulations not hotel fault. Just be sure to call hotel directly to see what amenities are being offered from time to time.

Only 3 pillows on the bed, and we usually sleep with 2 pillows each. Called the front desk to ask for extra pillows and they refused to give us any extra pillows. She claimed that was how they keep their prices low... I will gladly pay the $10-20 more so we can sleep comfortably and have more accommodating policies. Also, the halls wreaked of cigarette smoke.

Last minute booking and could not have asked for a better experience. The front desk staff actually gave me a tour of the facilities, showing me the breakfast area, free water, coffee and snacks all day, the equipment and business room and even walked me to the pool. I was by myself so had a king room. It was very spacious, bed, recliner and office desk all with plenty of room to just relax. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked great on a hot day. I highly recommend this place and will be returning every time I stay in Hobbs.

Clean and bright. Fresh and comfortable. Best of all - a great deal. That's the Lea County Inn. Yelp came through with an informative review and price estimate and steered me their direction. A good night's sleep, some good coffee and a continental breakfast had me going the next day. I would not hesitate to recommend the Lea County Inn. Next time you're in Hobbs, New Mexico this is the place to stay

This place was a really refreshing place to rest after being in town for a funeral. The price was amazing and definitely worth it with all the amenities offered. The room was very clean, comfortable and larger than expected. There was a single serve coffee pot, microwave and fridge. The beds are very soft with little support so if you have back problems might have issues. Breakfast was a cold breakfast with cereal and bagels. No hot food at all but for price won't complain. Will stay again next time in town. Thought it was weird they put the smoking rooms next to non-smoking. Pool was nice
