I hit a deer on 2528. The DPS called Tiger Towing. I got a certified letter for a $800 + bill for towing and storage. I contacted the facility and explained I would send them the title and they could scrap the car. They said I was still responsible for the $300 towing charge. Really? They didn't get any money from scraping the car? I feel they take advantage of people in an already bad situation.

If I Could Put No Stars I Would. This Company Is A Nickel And Dime Company. $705 My Truck Was N There ONE DAY. This was ridiculous amount ..This Was extortion. Charged me for keeping my truck on 4th of July when THEY WERE CLOSED and i couldnt get it. I will be calling the BBB... MY PROBLEM WITH YOU ALL FOR THINKING ITS OKAY TO CHARGE THIS AMOUNT. U charged me cuz the officer called u too early... HOW AM I responsible for that? U charged me for fuel that no included in the tow. Believe me law enforcement have impounded my vehicle and ive NEVER EVER PAID THIS AMOUNT. So again i will call Better Business

There customer service needs work. Also, they will charge for clean up of your car and charge you for it. Even though pieces of your car will still be on the highway or wherever. They will not call you if your vehicle was in a wreck and ask you about your plan to have it picked up but the will send you notices. (So if you are waiting for you insurance to pick it up you will have to annoy them and inform them about the notices.) On top of that they put my bumper (which was detached in the wreck) in the car mind you I was driving a pontiac G6 so it was a small car.

Thankful to this company for helping me out of a tight spot last week. They arrived ahead of the estimated arrival time, loaded up the car and dropped me off where I was headed before taking the rental off to be dealt with.
