I just received my graduation pictures from Robert Charles Photography and they look absolutely AMAZING!! Before my shoot with Robert Charles I made the mistake to trust an amateur photographer for my pictures and it was a terrible experience. There was no communication, the editing was not well done and overall it was a big mistake. After my experience with Robert Charles I understood how a professional photoshoot takes place and it was a lovely experience. The pictures turned out looking absolutely perfect, the editing is just enough to cover any imperfections and I am just so happy with the

Absolutely loved my experience with robert charles photography! The staff is super friendly and helped me enjoy my session a lot. They put in a lot of time and effort to make my pictures come out amazing quality! My mini session with my friend was definitely an incredible experience. We took pictures in the portrait park and just by looking at the pictures, you would think that they were taken in an actual park! I would definitely recommend them for great pictures and a good time.

Had my son’s senior pictures done at Robert Charles. I was extremely happy with the photos. Jocelyn was amazing at capturing his personality in the photos she took. He loved both his friends session with his band and his senior portrait session. Highly recommend them and Jocelyn.

Eleven years ago, I met the RCP team when I participated in the Children's Miracle Network Promotion Robert Charles does in partnership with my employer Baystate Medical Center. I did a mommy and me session with my daughter and Leah our photographer was amazing in keeping my then almost 7 year old entertained and engaged in the session. The photos were amazing and ones I cherish today. Fast forward to present day and seeking a photographer for my daughters senior photos. I looked at several, but would always compare the work I saw to those photos RCP did years ago and decided to go back to RCP

RCP treats you like family. I have gone to them for my daughter's birthday photos which we ended up turning into a family portrait. Then my daughter was a part of their model search, and we ended up with amazing, beautiful photos of 3 generations of the women in my family. The flexibility and ease of the photo shoots is appreciated. Then, there's the tearful viewing, which I literally have cried each time. So grateful for Robert and all of his staff!

Last Spring our family was involved in a photo shoot that we received as part of a promotion that Robert Charles Photography does to raise money for Baystate Children's Hospital. Right from the start our experience was SUPER! From front desk to behind the scene employees, they each guided and navigated us through a special, kind, and treasured experience while capturing incredible family moments. They traveled to meet us at our generations-old family business and calmly and kindly engaged the 15 members gathered there ranging in age from 2-79 years old. They ensured every aspect of the entire process

I had a phenomenal time while working with Robert Charles photography. The staff is very personable, from the beginning of the process right to the very end. The photographer made me feel comfortable, special, and the shoot a lot of fun. I typically don’t like pictures taken of me, so I was nervous that I would have a tough time finding one I liked. However I ended up liking 60 of them and had to reschedule for another date for finalizing my order, so I could have more time to choose. They did an out standing job, I recommend them to anyone looking for photography, you WILL NOT regret it.

Robert Charles Photography is absolutely incredible! I had the most amazing time at my mini session and I can not wait to go back for my senior pictures!! Robert Charles truly makes you feel at home- after just my first appointment/session, I felt like part of the family! Their pictures come out absolutely beautiful and there is no better place to go for your pictures!
