Just recently I lost my little brother and with the whole pandemic it made everything so hard but Scott was the answer to our prayers, Scott went above and beyond for my brothers casket. I had called various places to find the perfect oversized casket for him and had no luck until I called same-day caskets. He made sure that is was done and delivered in time for the funeral services. As an out of state customer, I was concerned that our casket may be delayed during the holiday season due to Covid and high shipping demand. No problems for us. My Grandmother passed away on Thanksgiving day in 2016. A few days later, I went to the local mortuary with my family to help make the arrangements. I highly recommend this company! Scott takes time to respectfully explain the differences between models and during your time of need it is much appreciated. So many choices compared to the funeral home's limited "conservative package deal" that had only 3 choices. They saved us thousands and we chose the beautiful wooden "Lincoln" casket. My brother required an oversized casket and vault and the cemetery had a little trouble initially finding the vault scott gave us many contacts and helped beyond what we could have ever asked for. I don't know why you would buy a casket anywhere else. There is a good selection on this site. The price is SO much cheaper than buying it at the funeral house. This business actually has a much nicer selection than the funeral home had, and the price was a fraction of what we would have paid from the funeral house. The casket was exceptional. I don't believe in spending a lot of money on a casket, but I also wanted something that looked nice. Buying a casket from samedaycasket.com was cheaper than even the cheapest one at the funeral home, but SO much nicer. Scott had the casket delivered
