Without us, consumers may run the risk of using an unreliable, uninsured and illegal carrier, which may leave one with a damaged vehicle with no form of recourse.

Contacted this place to pick up a van I bought at auction, they had the lowest price so I gave them my credit card and was told they will not charge until they find a company to pick up the van. Two weeks later all the while I'm paying $30+ a day storage fee I call another broker and they tell me they see the van posted but at that price no one is going to pick it up. That makes sense I agree to a higher dollar amount with the new broker and they have it picked up within a few days. So I let MT. Stupid know that I got another broker and they charge me $25. Don't waste your time with this place

They had two weeks to find a Driver and never did. They also charged me $75.00 to cancel my request. I know my vehicle is in an area that truckers don’t frequent and my destination is the same. He should have told me up front that it would not be easy. It wasn’t until I called a week into it to inquire about the status that I received a little attention but most likely nothing after the call. Now I’m down to one week before my move and have to come up with a different solution. I just read through there FAQ and it states that a $50 fee will be charged once a vehicle is dispatched
