This appraiser took on more business than he could 'chew' the appraisal was supposed to come back on 9/22/2020.... And it still hasn't come back and we are in the middle of October. It cost my clients the house and now we're back at square one!!! We would definitely not recommend this appraiser! Take your business to someone who can handle this market's busy workload!
