Anshus Jewelers is a small family owned and operated jewelry store located in historic downtown Menomonie. Established in 1915, Anshus Jewelers is the longest-tenured business on Main Street, in the same building it originally opened in. Three generations of our family have dedicated their time and talent to this business, creating an unparalleled reputation for excellence.

I was at a loss for why a watch that was gifted to me stopped working, I was told it didn't need a battery when it was given to me so when I brought it to Anshus I expected to pay out the nose to fix it. The staff was friendly and the price for the repair was very fair!

Very disappointed in them. My husband bought my engagement ring here with the promise by Anshus that we could upgrade at any point. Five years later when we tried to upgrade they said that we would need to put another 1,000.00 into the ring. They were VERY unwilling to work with the budget that I had. Horrible customer service, very disappointed. Will never go back!

I went to Anshus shortly after my mom passed away to have a ring fixed and sized and to buy a chain for the pendant that she left me. The service people were nice during both of my visits and the ring that had to be fixed turned out beautiful. They also stated that I could come back at any time to get the ring cleaned for free if memory serves right.

For a watch pin on a cheap Wal Mart watch was charged over $10.00 and took 2 days. I could of went over to Wal Mart for a couple of dollars and got it replaced on the spot. Really disappointed
