Tim was a wonderfully helpful salesman . Jeremy and Jeremy installed our floors.
They did a great job and were good at cleaning up each day. They were both very concerned about us being happy with the job . I will request them if we have any more flooring done. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in getting new floors installed.Well done guys!

Customer service appears to be a top priority only when making the sale. Salesman (Zach) was knowledgeable, answering our questions and providing details. Carpet was installed in July. A week after installation, we noticed areas where the carpet was not tacked down well and was "bubbling up". I called Bud Polley's and was transferred to Zach's voicemail, where I left a message. A few days later, after no response, I called a second time. The gentleman who answered remembered my calling before and seemed surprised that I hadn't received a response.

Not a pleasant experience for us. We feel we were just given lip service and subpar follow through. Have asked twice for warranty and still do not have it. This is now the third time! Please send our warranty in the mail TODAY! Please include everything we need such as carpet care so our warranty will not be void!

We are highly satisfied with our new shower! Jimmy and Jason in sales were very helpful in helping us select a complementary tile to replace our old tile shower. Jesse and his helper completed a top notch installation in 4 days! They respected our home and left the work area tidy each night! So glad we choose Bud Polley's!

We had vinyl flooring and carpet installed about a month ago. It looks great, the installers were great, the salesperson (Zach) took his time with us and provided us with all the details we needed. We certainly received much better service than any of the large home improvement retailers we received quotes from, none of whom seemingly cared whether or not they got our business.
