Timothy Imbrie, CPA, MBA is a full service Certified Public Accounting firm that specializes in helping small business owners with their accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax planning and income tax preparation needs. Our Firm offers a complete range of accounting services, including receivables, payables, and payroll management.
I have over twenty years of experience in tax services and accounting. I spent six years with the middle market business development practice of KPMG Peat Marwick, working in both the audit and tax areas. I spent another seven years as a tax manager with Citrin Cooperman and Company. I am a CPA with a BA in Economics from UC Santa Cruz and an MBA from Rutgers University.
My wife and I have been using Tim for over 15 years and he is an excellent accountant. We have two special needs kids and Tim has always been able to answer our questions about complicated tax issues involving our children. My wife also was doing a part-time business out of the home and Tim was a valuable resource in answering all of our tax-related questions regarding the business.

My husband and I have used Tim for several years now and are completely please with his services. Our taxes are rather involved with 3+ businesses etc. He is not only extremely knowledgeable about tax law, especially in this time of new tax laws being created, but he has always been readily available to us to answer questions and is never stingy with his time. We recommend him highly.

If I could give more stars, I would. I have been going to Timothy Imbrie for over 11 years with my taxes even though I now live in San Diego. He has always been professional, efficient, timely, and friendly. I have had very complicated taxes and Tim has just been awesome in all areas. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and caring about my situations and needs. He has always come through for me. I trust Tim completely and cannot recommend him highly enough.
Update: October 2019. Timothy Imbrie is still doing my taxes which have gotten even more complicated and I am still tremendously impressed
