Dr Brandon and staff were polite, considerate, professional, and very knowledgeable about best treatment practices for my injuries but more importantly, about wellness in this crazy time of disinformation. He spoke of ways to protect oneself and others through science, rather than “political science” and I was grateful his office policies reflect his moral values. Honorable man and fabulous physician!! Not too many physicians out there today who are speaking the truth around here!! Highly recommend!!

I have always been skeptical of chiropractors but heard good things about the mechanical traction offered by places like this. I went in, and met with Dr Eric, and he was very honest with me and told me that I will likely need surgery and that their traction wouldn't help a case like mine. I greatly appreciate the honesty, they could have easily charged me and had me try their procedures anyway. So this place gets my highest recommendation for their professionalism and honesty! They won't sell you something that they don't genuinely believe will help you.

COVID-19 violation:
I visited This firm on 5/17/21. The staff were unmasked, and in violation of WA coronavirus safe start guidelines. The receptionist told me they were happy to wear masks if I wanted them to, and she put on a mask at my request. The Dr informed me that they no longer have to wear masks, and were done with them. He suggested I might be happier at a different business, I agreed and left. No one asked me if I had a health condition that would make me vulnerable to COVID-19. No one was concerned with the ongoing pandemic. The firm was playing Christian music in the waiting and treatment

I was in serious pain from a pinched nerve and bunched up muscles in my lower back due to some heavy lifting at work and was stuck in a hunched over position unable to stand or sit straight.
Dr Eric Strelow was my chiropractor and he had a carefully calculated and gentle approach to how to cause those muscles to release and for the nerves to be free. I felt he was very considerate and he asked questions to really understand what I was going through and cared for me as a patient.
After adjusting me he also foresaw the need for a lower back support brace to help the back recover while the strength

I had a car accident and I was referred by my uncle who also went here and had great experience here. This place is great I recommend everyone who needs to go to chiropractor or just to get massages to go here. The environment is so relaxing, and calm, you start to feel good the moment you enter. The staff is great starting from the front desk Vikki and Sarah who always have smiles on there face and are very friendly they do there best to schedule appointment that works great with your schedule. Also chiropractor Dr Brandon who is very great and does great adjustments. Alaina and Rachel are great

I was recommended to NW Injury by a trusted friend after a serious auto accident. I am someone who had a bunch of skepticism about chiropractic care, however I knew that it was worth trying after my accident. Foremost, the staff from the moment of stepping into the office was cheerful, welcoming and supportive even during the COVID pandemic! When I first walked in to the office I couldn't drive, I needed a cane to get in and out of the car, and I was as uncomfortable as I could be. I had injured my back coughing almost two weeks prior, and as a 32 year old and the worst back injury I had had yet, I was feeling pretty tense and frustrated. I was a little hesitant at first after a few disappointing experiences with other chiros, but after the first visit with Dr. Eric and a massage from a great masseuse, I walked out feeling really close to all better.
