Based upon a 3,000 year old system of medicine, Cosmetic Acupuncture tightens the skin, increases collagen production and improves elasticity. It softens and smoothes wrinkles and brings color to the cheeks, raises the eyebrows and tightens a double chin creating an overall younger appearance. Using facial acupuncture and massage, she is expertly skilled in anti-aging treatments and wrinkle reduction.
In the treatment of pain, the primary difference between Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine is that TCM methods such as acupuncture and herbal treatments have virtually no side effects. This is because acupuncture works in an entirely different manner. For example the NSAIDs commonly used to relieve pain provide short-term relief by blocking the production of pain-creating substances called prostaglandins.

Masha was a lifesaver!! My shoulder was in so much pain, I was ready to just tear my arm off. Found this place via yelp and was thankful to score a last minute appt. She listened patiently to my ailments and recommended a treatment plan. It's a bit sore after treatment but a million times better. Keep in mind, acupuncture is not a 1-day fix-all. Looking forward to my next treatment. Already booked an appt for my boyfriend and I.
