Superb, creative, exquisite, unique are all adjectives that are inadequate to describe my recent experience with Stona. I stumbled into this interior design shop in Georgetown last Spring in a search for tile (or other) flooring ideas for the master bedroom in my home on Capitol Hill. As soon as I walked in I could see that this place is very sophisticated, and I was a bit concerned that my job might not be "interesting" enough for such a design shop. No need to fear! Not only were Mert and Emanuela immediately welcoming, they listened very closely as I gave my somewhat vague and rambling

Stona exceeded all of my interior alteration requirements!! I write requirements to renovate office space. I also work with contractors who renovate my offices so I knew exactly what materials, colors and “look” I wanted for my home.
I walked into Mert’s Stona showroom with my interior alteration requirements (i.e., wood/tile samples, photos, schematics), and he advised me on what was doable and challenging.
