I have taken two laptops here to be repaired. I was very nervous both times because I feel like it's hard to find someone trustworthy to repair computers. These guys know exactly what they're doing! They are so helpful and fixed the issue both times. I would recommend this place to anyone. They work on PCs and Macs!!!

Generally unprofessional. Tend to be vague and evasive about turn around times and with a tone and approach that quickly tells you they really don't care much about your time. "Drop of your computer, but I can't tell you when you will actually get it back because we are busy" isn't a great response to a simple scheduling question.

I called Ace Computer Guy about a simple charging port replacement on my laptop. Nobody answered so I left a message. My call was never returned. Why do these businesses that don't return calls even have voicemail systems in place? I run into this more and more often these days and it is extremely inconsiderate. It seems like it's 50/50 whether a business will take the time to return a call. Must be nice to be so busy that you don't need more customers.

I brought in my computer to Ace Computer Guy for repair. I had a laundry list of problems with it and brought that list with the computer. I was advised they would run diagnostics and let me know what the problems were. I called after several days and was told the diagnostics showed no problems and that they had been unable to replicate the issues I had been having. Bottom line, they couldn't fix what the computer wouldn't do.
When I picked the computer up, I really expected to be charged for the time the gentleman had spent trying to replicate the problems. Instead, I was told that since no problem

It was right after Christmas and I figured it would be a few days and cost me a hundred bucks.
He called the next day and said it was just a piece of debris in the fan and gave me a great discount when he could easily have replaced the fan (or said he had) and charged me who knows what!
It also turned out to be a subscriber to my youtube channel!
I will definitely use Ace again and recommend you use them too!

I'm not a tech expert but I was facing an issue with my laptop and could not figure it out. This business took the time to identify the issue with my machine - fault M2 hardrive - recovered my files, installed a new drive, migrated my files to the new drive, and explained everything along the way. My computer was fixed for less than the price they quoted and I saved money in comparison to what BestBuy was quoting me. Definitely check this place out if you're having trouble with your machine.

This review will probably be short because I wasn't there long but from what I experienced was excellent customer service. The guy was willing to help me when I couldn't really be helped. But he pointed me in the right direction. Before then I was just steered in the wrong direction lots of times. So thank you and I will be back if I ever need your service with my weird computers.

I brought in an old laptop and desktop computer to Ace Computer Guy. They both were running slow, had pop ups, and other viruses as well. When I brought them in, I thought there was little chance they could salvage (fix) the laptop. However, Ace Computer Guy were able to fix both computers now they smoothly. I highly recommend Ace Computer Guy.

These guys are absolutely amazing! They're definitely qualified and can fix almost anything your computer can throw at them! Also, they are very courteous and friendly towards you and properly explain to you what can and cannot be done.
