Bank is small but clean.

Love my bank it's never a wait in line. The employees are always friendly. I have been a this bank for many years. Now my son is old enough to start saving, I will be getting him his savings here also.

Inconvenient in every way. Customer service is probably one of the worst you will find. I would rather bury my money in my backyard than put it here again. If your looking for a credit union or bank go somewhere else. This place is not it.

Lack of professionalism, they make promises they cant keep and if you do mobile deposit, be prepared to wait a couple of days since they decide which checks go through 1st

I can see why the ratings are very low for this credit union. I enthusiastically opened new accounts with them hoping that there would be a more personal customer service atmosphere than the banks that I have dealt with for the past 30 years. I must say that the customer service is the same if not worse than my experience with banks. I am quite disappointed with all aspects my relationship with this credit union. If you waste your time by trying to establish a relationship with this credit union and you end up feeling disappointed then you cant claim that you weren't warned in advance.?

Drove 45 min to withdrawal $$$ and had question regarding a loan..... was only customer in there and couldn't answer my questions...must have been to busy to help ...you get better assistance at regular branch ....just sucks when you bank here and try to find out info since your not educated on loans etc. and can't get it!! Not good service from my experience ....

UPS Credit Union what wonderful people...

I've been a credit member since the early 80's, ever since l was a package car driver for UPS.
l got my first car loan thru them, when i had no credit. I don't believe these stupid people that have been slamming UPS credit union, they're awsome!!! The plain truth is Roberta Rivera the President of UPS Credit Union and her staff, Juanita, Misty, Manny, Lissette, Jacob, Gina, Ceci, and yes of course Marvin as well as Darlene!!! are wonderful people. l like to call them my pose!!!

I have had wonderful customer service with this credit union, the staff is very respectable and polite. I have never had any troubles with my debit card and my statements are always on time. I love to use their app to monitor my accounts with them. Overall I've had a great experience with the credit union.

THIS CREDIT UNION IS HORRIBLE!!! Due to fraudulent activity on my account, I had to order a new debit card. I was told 7-10 days. I called after 9 days and was told it was never ordered by one person, another said it was "lost". I ordered another card and was told it would be expedited and it would arrive in 2-3 days. On day 4, still no card. Called again and was told it was not sent expedited and I should receive soon because it just went out 2 days ago!! Are you kidding me??? It's now been 22 days without a debit card. This is ridiculous. This bank has horrible customer

I have an auto loan with the CU. I agree with the other reviews they have horrible customer service. I have left a voicemail before, no answer, I have called this place times to no avail. Just horrible customer service...what kind of bank doesn't answer phones. I'm not complaining about their products and services but the customer service aspect. I'm not even local and now I have to drive over an hour away to pay off my auto loan payment since I can't pay in full at a CO OP branch (since they won't answer the phone).
