I signed up with Andre a little over a year ago to purchase office 365 business license. Norman helped us move our emails to Microsoft and was supposed to help us setup sharepoint (didnt but not a huge deal). One year later and time to renew license he gave me a couple hrs heads up to pay before licenses went in default and microsoft shuts us out. I thought ok that was weird but I paid anyway. Feb 1 all my company emails go down. I email Andre, he gets my admin login and goes and pays, emails start working again. Feb 2 I get an email from microsoft saying insufficient funds and the credit card

He tried to sweet talk me and assure me that I would get them but I never did . $5,000 down the drain. This man is not to be trusted. I hope I can help anyone from losing money during this hard time. I’m convinced these five star comments are from him. There is no way! This man is really a scammer.

We placed the order for a HoloLens 2 device and made the payment but they did not send us the device in time and they stopped responding to our follow-up E-mails and calls. We still have not received the device and have no way of getting ahold of the company. The person that provided the quote was Andre Moulton who is the CEO of IT Gurus of Atlanta according to his E-mails signature. Peter Moulton and Sharina Harris were also copied on all the E-mails but never responded. I doubt if the posted reviews are real. This link on BBB has the compaints against this company:

We ordered a HoloLens2 from the company in early July and provided payment. After almost 2 months of no communication from them we asked for an update and they told us they had processed the order and would have shipment details on the same day. 3 days later and no further word from them, we asked again, and only received an answer after another 3 days promising an update on shipping by the end of the day. Half a month later, we had sent multiple emails with no reply. They finally answered, saying they had confirmed a shipping date and would provide the tracking number 'momentarily'. Three days

After working with Microsoft support for a month and a half trying to install an Azure virtual machine, they suggested we call one of their support partners. Within a few hours of sending a request to IT Gurus of Atlanta, Andre was on the phone asking how he could help. With that call and one follow-up the next day we were up and running. Andre diagnosed the problem quickly and, even better, talked a non-professional through the remedial step in a fashion that educated as well as solved. We can't recommend them enough.

This company provided computers on pure business credit when other companies said no. I didnt have to pay for anything up front, it was delivered within 24-48hrs. I also could choose any computer or brand of computer that I wanted. They help me put my application into the cloud as well, and since my first day of opening, business has been great!
