We went in w'out masks, no problem. Sales manager gal was a bit cold shouldered. it's sad the place is closing. Got 2 furniture pieces anyway. Lots of sold stuff waiting delivery. Great salesman.

The discount closing prices of 20% makes this place seem like a scam. You can honestly find most of the items online for a cheaper price

Always top service and the most well made furniture reasonably priced in SCV. All the cheap furniture stores with cheap cheap furniture in SCV have nothing on Consumers.

Melinda was wonderful. She was the only representative who approached us to ask us if we needed help. And she was informative and offered suggestions after we told her what we wanted and what our parameters were. She was patient and when we had a question that she did not know the answer to right away she went and looked it up to make sure she gave us accurate information. If we ever have another need we will be going back and we will be asking for Melinda. The prices were very competitive, including delivery and the discounts where comparable to the other stores that we had visited today. We went

Huge furniture store with helpful and low pressure salespeople. Their prices seem fair and the furniture looks to be of good quality. Well be back to do more shopping.
