Michelle is the best. Placed an order today for someone who lost a loved one and Michelle went above and beyond to assist me although the information I gave her initially was incorrect. She helped me so much. She went out of her way although they already fulfilled their end of things with our order. She honestly saved the day and I can't thank her enough. Please spend your money here. This is a company that still believes in customer service.

I'm actually surprised to see a review other than five stars! This flower shop creates the most spectacular designs I've ever come across. Michele, the owner, is such a pleasure to work with. Absolutely disgusted with how I was treated. Older woman acted as if she was burdened by requesting very simple arrangements for graduation. She became agitated when trying to describe what we wanted. Upon picking up arrangement, she became enraged when other employee handed me flowers in plastic cup. She screamed it was her drinking cup. I will add that the other employee followed me outside and apologized for her co workers attitude. I will never go back and be certain my friends dont either. I have never been treated so poorly in a business in my 47 years of existence!!!

I have loved all the flowers that I have received from Otto Florist and also those that I have sent to others. They did the flowers for my son's funeral and they were perfectly matched to the quilt I had made for him that we put on the casket. Otto Florist has never failed to give me good customer service and they stand behind their products even to the point of replacing or reimbursing the cost for any issues with their flowers
