Stayton Pharmacy reserves the right to validate any or all of my prescription refills due to the lack of personal validation and has the right to deny my prescription refills requests, until further validation is provided.

This would be a great place to start a business, it took a week and a half to fill a 3 rx's that the Dr. CALLED in and they had in stalk and I called everyday and still had to wait then they couldn't even text or call to let me know they were FILLed and ready for pickup. There is no excuse for this and it's very unexceptable. The worst pharmacy I've ever seen. And the guy could have cared less about what happened so I told them to restart the meds. And went elsewhere never again will I do business here.

What an amazing experience I went in there after work day and I'd had a long week didn't feel well... they were so helpful -I accidentally dropped $100 bill and they made it a point to come and help me find it! I was almost in tears and they took time out of their day to help and show true compassion ... wonderful people at Stayton Pharmacy... feeling blessed

Hit or miss. Most all pharmacists are polite and professional except the white haired man. I’m a terminal cancer patient and his job is to fill my prescriptions not judge what they are or are for. Very rude and cold demeanor, obviously because of what I was filling. You can’t always judge a book by its cover, sir. When I came in bald, not one word was said, just because my hair has started to grow back doesn’t mean my cancers gone. I’ll be filling at Bi-Mart where they’ve been nothing but nice, without knowing a thing about me.

Sometimes I understand a bit of a price increase for convenience. I made the mistake of stopping there to pick up one item instead of stopping at Safeway or any other store. My one item cost 22.95$ not a big deal right? Well let me tell you Safeway which I consider to be a bit pricey on some pharmacies items, their cost was 10.95$ for the exact same item. I don’t know how or why Stayton Pharmacy can charge more then double of any local shop. The staff there was pretty unprofessional and seemed upset when I asked any questions. This pharmacy is great. They have knowledgeable, And friendly employees.They will help you out with any questions you may have or can answer questions about their products in store. They also have many great gifts to buy, from greeting cards to plush toys, glassware/ ceramic items, some wall decor, seasonal gifts/items outdoor windchimes etc. They work very hard to get your prescriptions fillled in a timely manner! You don't have to wait hours like many other pharms! I support our local Good Neighbor Pharmacy 100%!

This pharmacy is SO great compared to my last one in Salem! Went to Rite Aid for YEARS. I got the exact same pills every single month for around 9 years or so. Almost every month I'd drive all the way there to get refills & they'd be out of at least one medicine I took. Now after that many years you'd think they'd manage to always have these… certain meds there & ready since I'd call that day. Nope!
