Services
Colleen is a graduate of the highest honors from the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. She has over 25 years' experience in the pastry industry. To enhance her pastry experience, she did her externship with the well-known Gail Watson Custom Cakes in Manhattan after which, she was awarded a scholarship thru Les Dames d'Escoffier (New York Chapter).

All wedding cakes are created with four layers of cake and three layers of filling. You pick two flavors off our list of cakes which are prepared by the chef. The cake is designed to the bride's specifications and sized to the amount of people it will serve. A sketch of the design is drawn and approved by the bride and groom.

We wanted to get an anniversary cake locally for my husband‘s grandparents... our experience with piece of cake was absolutely amazing!!!! With a little bit over a week before the surprise dinner Terry and Colleen were absolutely amazing with providing a sketch of what the cake would look like call and putting a photo of the married couple on a cake!!!! Let me tell you their house icing is absolutely to die for!!!! I will absolutely be returning for any cake so I may need in the future! 😀

Amazing! Top favorite bakeries in PA. I travel about 1 hr on weekends just to visit them. The shop is small but very quaint. Owners are friendly. Their sweets are not only super delicious but they are so aesthetically pleasing as well. As you can tell by my pictures I especially love their macarons.....This place is a 5 star rating for me ;)

We selected this bakery to make a cake for our wedding and enjoyed the entire experience. We do not live in the area, but they were very flexible in setting up a date for our tasting. Everything we sampled was excellent. My wife brought some pictures of what she is looking to have created and they did an amazing job. We even made some changes last minute and this baker was excellent.
I see a couple reviews that are negative and we had no experience similar to those negative reviews. The only feedback I can give is that I wish their facility was wheelchair accessible, but we managed to bump me
