This morning I drove south on I-25 (Oct 1, 2015) and was passed by a CCC semi doing 80-85 mph with small rocks/pebbles flying from the uncovered trailer. Plate 195 CQM (I might have gotten the last letters wrong). The driver was far exceeding the safety of his actions in a semi and the speed limit as he engaged in the frequent lane changes and bumper hugging ritual. I attempted to contact the company asking for the Fleet Safety person. The rude response was "Not available. Thank you" and then she hung up. I hope this review helps to highlight a compaint in desperate need of finding leadership and
