Precision Home Inspection

We had Josh Poole do our home inspection and are very dissatisfied with his inspection and customer service. Josh missed a whole list of potential problems. Very obvious problems now that we’ve talked to many professionals.
We’ve bought several houses over the years and didn’t go with it regular inspector because this purchase was in a different state. We brought up questions 2 days after the inspection and he said he’d bring somebody out to our house. Nothing happened and then we were over our 14 days to get a refund.

Josh worked great with us! He was able to come out the next day and run a very thorough inspection on the house. He was very straight with us and told us all the problems with the house. When I first called, Josh was responsive and knowledgeable with all my questions. I was able to get a quick appointment with him on a house we were looking at buying. He informed me of how long the process would take and ensured I knew what all they were looking at/for. He arrived early to the appointment. I feel he did a very thorough job.
