Preferred Assisted Living communities provide senior services for New Mexico's seniors and have been serving their residents and families since 1995. We are New Mexico owned and operated by Matt & Tracy Ayers and Lynne Blake.
These three individuals have made it their mission to care for New Mexico's seniors by providing the highest quality care and are constantly evaluating and developing innovative methods for bettering the quality of life for our residents.We started with small, eight bed residential care homes, have added 15 bed homes and are in the process of developing community living with a four building campus.

Preferred Assisted Living and Respite Care offers quality assisted living solutions and respite care for elderly individuals in New Mexico. At each of our home-like settings, our highly trained caregivers provide 24-hour care in a way that promotes independent living. Our high staff-to-resident ratios allow us to provide a level of personalized care that simply cannot be obtained in larger facilities.
At Preferred Assisted Living and Respite Care, we know how important it is to have family around to enjoy moments of fun together. Every month, each of our homes hosts a themed luncheon that family and friends are invited to attend! In addition to our fun family get-togethers, we also host birthday parties for each resident that are tailored to his or her favorite things!
Every time a life story is saved, we preserve the past, enrich the present and strengthen the future. Each of our residents and their families have an opportunity to have their stories documented in a hard back book. The families simply fill out a family history template, provide us with photographs, and we'll do the rest.
