Dr. Gordon established Confident Smile Dental practice in 2005 with her husband. Since then, she has prided herself on providing high-quality, responsible care to her patients, many of whom have been with her since the office opened. In 1989, she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Moldova Medical University.

The receptionist is rude and my experience was horrible!! I had a specific procedure done that I was told was covered by my insurance. A week later I received a call informing me that the procedure was not covered meaning I had to pay out of pocket. After I expressed what compromising position this mistake had put me in, the receptionist begins arguing with me, she told me it's not their fault. There was no apology, instead she was just completely unprofessional and rude!! The next day I called to let them know I spoke to my insurance and everything was fine on my end. No one answered the

Not happy with this dental office. I picked this place because it was close to home. I went with my daughter a couple of times and one day they called me to tell me that they no longer took my insurance ON THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT! I left it alone and found another dentist. NOW they called me two days before my daughter's appointment to tell me that they didn't take her insurance anymore, after I waited over a month for an appointment. Of course they are dropping insurances like flies that don't pay them enough but at least be a bit more mindful on timing when informing your patients. Very bad

I am so so upset with my experience. I've normally had great visits but this last one was horrendous. I got three fillings done yesterday which were rushed. The dentist even complained about how he only had 30 minutes for a bridge next patient. I started experiencing sharp pain right after the fillings. When I called back the dentist said it should be fine. It got to the point where I was crying and couldn't sleep. I go back to the office the next day and I'm told 1) I probably need a root canal due to "an adverse effect of the filling". 2) we don't take your insurance

First of all I will start with the terrific phone scheduling. No hassle no problems and extremely glad to help you and be sure your insurance is good to go.
The communication with notifications before the appointment is terrific even I can’t miss it!
When you arrive expect smiling faces, a nice greeting and a very short wait until your appointment, if any.
The hygienists and the dentist treat your mouth as if it’s a babies mouth.
I have been going there for a while and needed a root canal. I promise that it was less painful than most cavities not a normal dentist would fill. It was painless

I’ve been going to dentists for a while now and with each visit I was filled with trepidation going into it and anguish coming out. After looking for a Dentist for many months, finally found this place while waiting at the traffic light. So I called made an appointment. How different can a dentist office be? WOW was I wrong. This was totally different. Very professional, very polite, and personable. They were able to answer any questions and took care of all the insurance paperwork. They seem to know what there doing here. After my cleaning is ask myself what the heck was my other dentist doing with my teeth all these years. The cleaning was very thorough.

Dr. David Kroner is an amazing doctor. He is a great Doctor because he listens to the needs of his patients. He explains everything to you and with such poise and ease, and his work is thorough but comforting. He is always checking in to make sure you are okay, and is determined to provide exceptional customer service. I am not a fan a root canals but should I ever need one, he's number on my list. The discomfort and the anxiety disappear once you sit in his chair. Let him know what you need and he will deliver. And it always pays to be welcomed at the desk with Fran who is always transparent

This is a great dental office, I've been coming here for years!! Dr. Lana has magic hands! Ella is a great hygienist, she's very thorough and educational. Appointments are necessary but if there is an emergency they understand and make the time to see everyone in pain. I recommend this place to all my friends and co-workers.

Myself and my children have been patients here for a little over a year now. They are very patient with my children and explain everything to them while they are in the chair. The front desk is even better expecially Fran she explains every detail with you and makes sure that you are all straight when you walk out. The office is very pleasant and clean.
