We love our new shivers home! Everything is so clean and new.. Which coming from a 40+ year old construction, means a lot. Our punch list (which was brief) was taken care of promptly, and Landry made the buying experience a real "stress free" pleasure. Feel very safe in our new home, and love the way the neighborhood is laid out. The experience as a whole, aligned precisely with our expectations. Couldn't be happier, (love the layout too!).

We've been in our Shivers home for 3 years and luckily haven't had issues as our neighbors who have Shivers homes. However, Dealing with Shivers was horrible, unprofessional and extremely arrogant. Any small change to the house held a price tag of thousands of dollars and Any mistake pointed out, say a bathroom cabinet that ended nealry half way under a window which obstructed the tub and any potential hung mirror, and we were being unreasonable. Oh and the punchlist was never completed. Be careful with Shivers.
