Great service. They returned my call quickly, came out within a few days, and took care of the problem—so far the results have been very good. Matt was friendly and didn't mind all our questions and observations. He even took special care not to expose our dog to anything harmful. Today, a service professional came out to my home to provide a service. I was not aware that he was coming. I asked immediately about the materials being used on my lawn, as I have two very small breed dogs, the service professional, Tyler, could not provide me any information.
I then asked that he not use a granular material on my lawn and only use a liquid material. He proceeded to tell me that I do not know what I am talking about, and kept placing the material on my lawn anyway. However, I know a lot about Pest Control, as I work for it.
