Marcus was at our place a few years ago and was able to transform some carpeted areas of our house that had pet accidents on them. I'm not sure how the process works, but it really works! Works so good that we are having him come back to take care of another area of carpet. In the last 3 years the problem areas we had have never had a stain or smell come back after it was cleaned. Marcus was so knowledgeable about this industry. I feel I learned a great deal while he was here. Very professional and dedicated to doing the best job ever! This is the first cleaning since I moved into my condo and the carpets look amazing; pet stains and odors completely removed! Absolutely impressed with Marcus and Chem-Dry! I’ve had our carpets cleaned by other companies and was left disappointed, it was as if there cleaning brought stains to the surface and didn’t take it out.… Chem-Dry made my carpet look brand new! I also had them do a chair & ottoman I love but was dingy and dirty, it looks awesome! Highly recommend!

Response time to my inquiry was within minutes of my initial call, we set up an appointment time and Marcus and his crew showed up as expected and worked thoroughly and efficiently to help restore some very light-colored carpeting to look as good as it did the day it was installed. I added a very dirty and worn throw rug in an entry way that honestly, I had little hope for, but because of its cost and unusual size and shape, for the nominal charge quoted

We haven't had our carpets professionally cleaned in over 6 years, and they were really starting to show that. Having two children isn't very good for carpets, either.
I went to Nature's Way Chem-Dry's website and was given a very reasonable quoted price for their basic service, which included everything I wanted which included a vacuuming, stain treatment, and deep cleaning.
The cleaning technician arrived at 9:00am on the appointed date and completed the process of deep-cleaning our hallway, living
