Poor customer service I highly recommend avoiding these scammers I had my whole AC unit replaced back in 2019 and the fan blower would not turn off I informed them that there was a problem and they never came to my home to fix the AC and continued blaming us for not answering our phones THUS far they never showed this after me going personally to the business to schedule a date and again no call no show went back for 3rd time they told me my labor warranty has expired and now have to pay in full for installation of new blower fan. They are the worst.

** Beware** they do not comply with their contract. I have a 5 year service contract and they have never flush the AC lines for me. They only want to sell you UV lights and coil cleaning that you don’t need!! They will not do any regular service. In my contract it clearly says flushing the lines as well as one pound of Freon included and they do not do it. When talking to the owner he told me “I’m canceling the contract” when In reality I paid for a whole 5 years

The sales person told me the job was going to take 8 hrs when they did it in 2 1/2 hr, another words they made believe that this was a professional job when it wasn't. They were supposed to vacuum 10 vents and they only did 3 vents from the 1st floor telling me that the machine can vacuum the whole entire house from downstairs when I was told that they were going to vacuum each vent. This AC cleaning duct leads to damage your coil if is old, and they didn't tell me that. Well my coil broke down and after disputing with the manager many times by phone practically begging they came after

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I give ZERO STARS. Horrible customer service. We hired this company to clean our ducts and change the coils, which was an extra task they recommended. So now our completely working units are not working properly. Downstairs isn't cooling and upstairs is leaking. Called several times and all they offer is to have ANOTHER inexperienced Technician come over to fix what the other Technicians did. There have been 5 Techs out so far. NO TY!!!! Not only did they break our units..... they stained our carpet because they didn't lay anything down and left a mess. DO

They advertise 79 dollars and I acknowledge them come to my home and it’s come to $8000 clean vents and change old Aircindition unit three months later it’s breaking down. I call them almost everyday . They change new coil , pumping. Free on 4 times I ask them to change the new unit and they just flat me out until October that’s take about 3 months for the to fix it but not replace event my ac unit not cold like before. Now they contacted me to asked me take off what I have complained.

Pros: Ask for Shimon by name and he will take care of you. AC replacement was smooth and includes a 5 year maintenance plan that we will surely be using to keep the AC in good working order.
HUGE Cons: The air… duct sanitation and recoat was a huge headache. The workers painted the air vents on top of our driveway without using any mats or coverings and in the process destroyed our driveway with white paint and speckled the entire garage door as well. After over 12 phones calls and emails since July 2020 (it’s September 2020 now) we keep getting the same run around excuse from Roy

I wish I would have read the other review. I was quoted $79 cleaning for up to 5 vents. I booked them more because of availability. Came out inspected my vents and within 10 min the price escalated to $2400 for the paint, seal, and cleaning. I said I only wanted what I requested which was a simple cleaning, the tech said he couldn't hook up his machine because of fungus in my system. So instead he sold me the sanitize for $450, and will come back to clean after 2 days. I won't be scheduling the return trip though. This company is just like the other review says bait and switch.
