I recently started shopping for an anniversary ring for my wife. McGee’s prices and service couldn’t compare to any other store I shopped. I haven't been able to wear my aquamarine ring since I got pregnant. I went to J L Johnson's to have it resized and they said because the 14k gold is so thin and the band is hallow it'd cost $300-400 to have it sized up and it would be really thin and take up to 4 weeks.
McGee had my ring back to me in 3 days for $65!!
Fits perfectly-could not be happier!
The Jeweler even took time to come out and speak to me about my concerns prior to dropping off!

My fiance and I designed my ring here. Not only did the manager remember me (and my fiance) on separate visits, but he was able to take my specific tastes and immediately show me a book of ideas; the second ring setting he showed me was perfect! Everyone here has always been friendly. I just went in a month after the engagement to get the prongs checked and a cleaning and they seemed genuinely happy to see it cleaned and invited me to come back anytime. He even remembered my ring and my fiancé's name! I recommend this highly after looking at several places.

I'm close to giving this place 5 stars, but I'm going to stick with 4 stars for 1 minor reason. Their selection isn't as large as other places, but does offer a nice variety.
I came through here during COVID after they opened back up as I wanted to support local businesses and needed a 10 year anniversary present for my wife.

Fantastic service and great prices. Have been taking jewelry in for repairs (watch batteries/bands/etc.) and even an appraisal for over 10 years now. They have always been extremely helpful even when it isn't a product/brand they sell. Their prices and honesty are both appreciated. I would highly recommend McGee & Co.

We LOVED working with McGees! They went above and beyond for everything that we requested. Adam in particular was exceptional with his work and his words for us. The entire staff there was very nice and always wanted to do what was best for us. Dropped off my wife's wedding bands at noon on Monday and had a special request to have them finished by the close of business that night before we left town for a funeral the next morning and then the honeymoon to follow. Overall, we have had great experiences across the board! I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

I went in to have a watch that was given to me re-sized which only costs $5! Now I'm not someone who knows anything about watches, but I met with Adam who gave me a lot of information regarding the watch that I wasn't aware of at all. He spent 15-20 minutes with me walking me through the different gadgets on my watch and making sure I knew how to operate it. I was extremely impressed with the customer service and will be back!

I am long overdue for this review! I recently got engaged and was in need of getting my ring resize, with the recommendation of my co worker she recommended I use McGee. I have called around other places and McGee gave me a quote of $45 which was way less than other places. The employees are so helpful and knowledgeable of rings. I was able to find out my ring size along with finding my great half ring size. I was able to pay and got my ring back in 4 days. That was super fast! I was not at all nervous or afraid to leave my ring with these people because they know exactly what they are doing. I

If you are looking for a special piece of jewelry, this is the place. Dennis Allen and staff are not your typical jewelers. Knowledgeable, low key and very helpful--they keep you coming back because of the service. It is the selection that will draw you in the first time. There is a large variety of unique pieces with an eye toward contemporary flair. Great people building a relationship, not just selling a product.

We went to several large chain jewelers to pick out our wedding rings. This place was the only place that was patient and took the time to make sure we loved what we picked out. All the other places seemed like they were trying to hurry up and get the sale. Also, love that they have a interest free layaway option.

I walked in with a watch that needed a new battery and another watch to be resized. I was greeted immediately with a friendly smile. The watch service done immediately. Employees were friendly, helpful, courteous, and welcoming without being pushy. During my short wait I noticed they have a nice selection of men's watches (Tissot, Citizen, Seiko) in addition to fine women's watches and jewelry. I'll be back.

Hands down, the best jewelry store in Greenwood. They have a great selection and the staff is awesome. My wife and I have been shopping there for years and always get treated like we are part of the family. Do yourself a favor and check them out before you make your next jewelry purchase somewhere else.
