Very Disappointed! We have had Sanford Flooring do our floors for years, and they have always done a great job... until this last time. Hutch came and measured and we told him what we wanted. Three installers arrived and I showed them where the bathroom was and went back into the garage to help our contractor work on the vanity, wich we planned on installing when they were done. 3 hrs. later they left with the job unfinished. The vinyl was running in the wrong direction,[It was made to look like wood and we wanted it running length ways. There was no coldpace on the bottom of wall to cover the

I recently contacted Sanford Flooring to replace some old wall to wall carpeting that remained in three rooms of my home.
Jason promptly came out to do an estimate and was friendly, efficient , knowledgeable and polite . He answered all my many questions about Cortec flooring and educated me about the process .
The person in the showroom was very helpful as I chose the flooring and made arrangements for me to get samples by mail.
Jason was very responsive to all my emails and texts and kept me updated throughout the process.He showed up to do the job exactly when scheduled and was an absolute

Sanford flooring has a great selection. The salespeople, Cullen specifically, are knowledgeable about all types of flooring. We were flooring a finished garage loft space. We were very pleased. We ordered our flooring and was told any unopened boxes could be returned. That was not true. We had a box left, costing over $160. When we tried to return it we were told under $300 and they wouldn't take it back. That makes no sense. The office person was adamant. Now we are stuck with this box. It would be easier to charge us a restocking fee and take it back. The chances of them being able to resell
