Open Road is hands down the best Transportation company we've ever used at Hewn. They have an incredible team and are the number one go to for us. Our shipments are mostly oversized units and ship to remote/difficult locations. Christopher, Steve and the whole team get it done every time. What I like most about them, is there honesty and fairness. These guys are in the game to establish true partnerships with their customers. Highly recommended by me and our team at Hewn.

I've recently just started using Open Road Transportation.
My contacts at ORT are really professional, helpful and quick to respond. It was a pleasure meeting Chris Harper(Senior Account Manager) face to face and working directly with Courtney Martin for freight arrangements. Courtney has been on top of tracking ALL my freights and letting me know immediately if there's any issues with pickups and or deliveries. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Quite possibly the best company I have ever worked for. Up to date and maintained equipment, friendly and helpful management. I'm the type of driver that likes to be left to do my thing and not be micromanaged and Open Road is great for that. Open Road feels more like a family than a job. I don't plan on leaving any time soon.

I Wes Hansen. I was an owner op for this company. I was harrassed about the hours of service, they tried numerous times to forced dispatch me..they only care about there pet drivers and the company. They don't care about a true professional driver at all. There are a lot of shady deals that go on and if they can they will screw over a driver.
By far this has been the worst company I ever work for. So Brokers and drivers beware stay away form this company. There are plenty of carriers out there that will go the distance for there drivers and customers. But if you want to book and haul cheap freight

I have been doing business w/ OpenRoad Transportation for a decent length of time now, and they continue to gain my business as our relationship progresses. As of recent, they have handled most of our drayage loads for large corporations and flawlessly executed both deliveries and timely updates. Brad Johnson has taken the lead for our account and has been on top of every load awarded to them. It is hard to find good truckers now a days so we appreciate the service.
