Penny Kring (Heath) founded Heath Photography in Redwood, NY in 1989 after completing photographic training in California. Brittany Hill manages the studio and does whatever is needed to keep it running smoothly and the clients happy. Having worked for Penny for 5 years, they work as a team to provide the best possible services and products to the clients.

A legacy of images and words can enrich everyone, by fulfilling the need we all have to speak our words of wisdom-to tell our stories, in pictures, in writing, and in video, to give hope and healing. We have created a program that gives you the opportunity to capture precious memories and stories, or to pass on your love and words of wisdom to those you care about most.
Our portrait sessions are about telling a story, having fun, and letting your personality shine. We love capturing the joy in each of our client's lives; through our vision and our lens, we will illustrate all those special emotions and personalities. We require a (free) consultation in person with each of our senior portrait sessions, and the minimum of a phone conversation for all other session types.

Heath Photography is THE best photography company I have ever worked with. As a senior model, I have never felt more comfortable and at home in a photo shoot than I have with Heath Photography. The shoots I have done were fun, creative, and produced the most amazing photos. Due to the model program, I was able to participate in a trip to Singer Castle where not only did I get once in a lifetime photos but an incredible experience with new friends. I also interned the entire summer with Penny as an assistant. Through this process I learned just how much work and passion goes into getting the perfect

Heath photography did an Amazing job capturing our wedding day! Our photographer John was funny, outgoing, and made the day go smooth. John and his assistant were very attentive to us. They know what they are doing and are very passionate about their work. The pictures came out Beautiful. The artisanship and customer service was 5 star. We love our gallery wrap that is now in our living room. Overall a great experience ! :)
