Anna-Jane moved to Morris County over twenty years ago from Italy with her husband and their two children. She joined Coldwell Banker in 2006 and is an exceptional source of local knowledge. With a passion for real estate, Anna-Jane works diligently towards understanding her clients' needs at all levels, especially if transferring from overseas due to her personal experience.

Marsi Richter has been a full-time agent since 2003. She covers all of Morris County and moves into other towns as requested by her buyers. She is a Certified Relocation Specialist and a Global Luxury Marketing Specialist.

She has won multiple awards, including the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society Award in 2017 (representing the top 17 percent of approximately 92,000 Coldwell Banker affiliated real estate salespersons worldwide) and the NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award at the Bronze Level for 2020.She has an MBA in Marketing and a background in Real Estate Finance.
